1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

• Share images or videos of the damaged/defective product.
• After verification, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of eligible products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on availability.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
